摘要
上海市基层工会干部职业化改革,在促进企业民主政治建设、维护职工合法权益方面取得了明显成效。但是,作为一种新的尝试,工会干部职业化改革仍然面临着很多现实的、不可回避的问题。相关方面应积极推动职业化工会干部的资格认证,尽早为其正名,继续完善绩效考核制度,建立职业化工会干部工资增长的长效机制。
The professional reform of trade union cadres at grass-roots level in Shanghai has achieved remarkable results such as enterprise democracy and safeguard legitimate rights and interests of workers and staff.However,as a new experiment,the professional reform of trade union cadres is still facing many realistic problems which can not be avoided.We should actively promote the professional qualification of trade union cadres as soon as possible,and improve the performance appraisal system,set up the long-term mechanism of wage growth of professional trade union cadres.
