摘要
对具有能量导引体PC试件超声熔焊特性进行了研究,能量导引体能降低熔焊高频电能密度,用和平面对焊相同的高频电功率,可获得大几倍的熔焊面积,能量导引体熔化后,使熔焊面单位面积上增高量H对熔焊强度F有着较大的影响。通过实验对高频电能密度、高频电功率的计算方法进行了修正,引入了修正系数Ki,使理论计算符合于实际。本研究将会促进塑料超声熔焊技术更广泛应用。
The article have studied the characteristics of ultrasonic plastic soldering of PC materials with energy rib. Energy rib can reduce high frequency electric energy density needed for soldering, or under the condition of the same high frequency electric power, soldering area of using energy rib is several times by plane soldering. After melted, the increasing height of unit area H on soldering surface, resulted from using rib, affects soldering strength F considerably. By experiments, the article corrects calculating method of high frequency electric energy density and electric power, and give correcting factor K1 that ensures theoretical calculating results conform to practice. This confusion will give impetus to the moreextensive applications of ultrasonic plastic soldering technology.
