石榴籽油对高脂膳食大鼠血脂的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的研究石榴籽油对高脂膳食大鼠血脂水平的影响。方法50只雄性SD大鼠按体重随机分为5组:空白对照组(C)、高脂模型组(HFC)、高脂低石榴籽油组(HFLP)、高脂中石榴籽油组(HFMP)、高脂高石榴籽油组(HFHP),除空白对照组饲以普通饲料外,其余各组饲以高脂饲料并用不同剂量石榴籽油进行干预。结果4周后,血清TC、TG、LDL-C、AI等指标,高脂模型组均显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),HDL-C(P<0.05或P<0.01)下降;石榴籽油干预组血清TC、TG、LDL-C、AI等指标均显著低于高脂模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01),而HDL-C升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论石榴籽油可显著抑制高脂膳食大鼠血脂的增高。 Objective To study the effect of Seed Oil of Punica gramatum L. on Blood-lipid in Hyperlipidemia Rats. Methods Fifty male SD rats were randomly devided into 5 groups by body weight : control group, high fat diets model group,high fat diets with seed oil of Punica gramatum L high,middle and low dose. Results Mter four weeks,the level of serum total cholesterol( TC ), triglyceride (TG) ,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and arteriosclerosis index (AI) of high-fat diet model group were all higher than the control group( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ), while high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) level was lower than the control group (P 〈 0.'05 or P 〈 0.01 ). The content of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride ( TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and arteriosclerosis index (AI) in Punica gramatum L. seed oil group were all lower than that of the high-fat diet group ( P 〈 O. 05 or P 〈 0. O! ). While the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were higher than that of the control control group (P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Seed oil of Punica gramatum L. has significant inhibiting effect on the increase of serum lipids level in high-fat diets rats.
