缓慢性心律失常的全传导系统功能测定

Electrophysiologic study of bradycardia-evaluation of function of the cardiac conductive system

摘要 报告21例缓慢性心律失常电生理检查—一全传导系统功能测定的结果,其中确诊病态窦房结综合征(SSS)9例,传导系统不同水平的房室传导阻滞(AVB)8例。SSS中合并传导系统其它部位病变的6例(67%),AVB合井传导系统房室结以上部位病变的2例(25%)。本研究结果表明,对缓慢心律失常而考虑安植起搏器治疗者,必须进行全面的心脏传导系统的电生理检查。 The results of electrophysiologic study ( EPS) in 21 bradycardia patients were reported. 9 cases ofthem were diagnosed as sick sinus syndrome (SSS) and 8 cases had AV block (AVB) ar various leve's of the cardiac conductive system. Of 9 cases with SSS, 6 (67%) had abnormality in the parts of the cardiac conductive system besides sinus node. Of 8 cases with.AVB, 2 cases had abnormality in the parts above A-V node. The results support the idea, that thorough EPS of the cardiac conductive system is required when consider pacemaker implantation in paticint with bradycardia.
