摘要
青蒿素类抗疟药具有多种药理活性,近年来其抗肿瘤作用逐渐引起人们的关注,大量体外和动物体内实验结果及一些初步的临床实验研究显示:青蒿素类药物可通过抑制或杀伤肿瘤细胞、阻滞细胞周期、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤血管生成来发挥其抗肿瘤作用,并且对肿瘤细胞有选择杀伤作用,可对抗肿瘤多药耐药及对放疗和化疗具有增敏作用,提示青蒿素类药物有望成为新型抗肿瘤药物。
Antimalarial artemisinin and its derivatives(Art)possess various kinds of pharmacological activities.In recent years,effects of Art on antitumor have been concerned,a large number of experimental researches in vitro and in vivo and some preliminary clinical studies have shown that Art play roles in antitumor through inhibiting or killing tumor cells,blocking the cell cycle,inducing the apoptosis of tumor cells and inhibiting angiogenesis.Art also have selective lethal effect to tumor cells,moreover,Art can antagonize the mufti-drug resistance(MDR)of tumor and enhance the sensibility of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Art are expected to become the new anticancer drugs.
