摘要
高血压脑出血以其高发病率、高病死率、高致残率、高复发率而严重危害患者的生命和健康。对于高血压脑出血的外科治疗,长期以来存在争议。近年来,由于手术方法、手术器械的不断改进,对高血压脑出血的手术治疗及其指征的认识已渐趋一致。本文就高血压脑出血的手术适应证、手术时机和手术方法予以综述。
Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is halmful to people′s health with its high incidence of mortality,morbidity and recurrence rate.Its surgical treatment is a controversial issue for a long time.Currently the surgical treatment and indications has become more consistent as a result of the improvement of surgical methods and instruments.This article reviewed the surgical indications,methods and operation time of this disease.
