摘要
ZO蛋白家族是构成血脑屏障的重要蛋白,主要在上皮和内皮细胞的紧密连接处表达。作为一种胞质附着蛋白,它对紧密连接的稳定起重要作用。当ZO蛋白家族出现结构和功能上的障碍时,血脑屏障功能即随之改变。所以,研究ZO蛋白家族结构和功能的改变,为选择性开放血脑屏障提供了新的途径。本文对ZO蛋白家族的结构、功能以及对血脑屏障调节的影响进行综述。
As an i mprotant member of blood brain barrier, ZO protein family are mainly expressed in the tight junction of epithelial and endothelial,which contributes a lot to the steady of tight junction. The function of blood brain barrier varies when the function and structure of ZO protein change. As a resuh,researeh on ZO may find new ways for the openning of blood brain barrier. This review mainly debates about ZO＇s structure,function and influence on blood brain barrier.
