摘要
在全面调查摸清张北县锌金矿区的水土流失现状、特点及危害的基础上,分析了产生水土流失的成因,并提出了以预防为主,全面规划、大力宣传、严格审批、落实责任、依法查处的防治对策.
Based on the present sitution,characteristics and harm of soit erosion of zinc gold one area in Zhangbei County, the author analyses the reasons of soil erosion, and proposes the prevention countermeasures,which are prevention first, overall planning, stressed propagation, strict examination,definite responsibility and legal investigation.
