摘要
目的探讨痔上粘膜环切术(PPH)并发症的发生原因及防治方法。方法对112例PPH术病例并发症资料进行统计分析。结果术后吻合口出血4例(3.57%),术后肛痛8例(7.14%),坠胀41例(36.61%),术中腹痛74例(66.07%),吻合口分离1例(0.9%),吻合口狭窄1例(0.9%),无1例直肠阴道瘘、结肠穿孔、复发。结论通过细致的手术和正确处理可预防和减少术中术后并发症的发生。
Objective To approach the reasons and the methods of prevention and cure on PPH complication.Methods The datas of 112 cases which contain complication of PPH were statistics and analyzed.Results Six cases bleeding in stoma after the operation（3.57%）.Fifteen cases pained in anus（7.14%）,Sixty two cases had gas pains（36.61%）,Seventy four cases bellyached in the operation（66.07%）,One cases segregated in stoma（0.9%）,One cases strictured in stoma（0.9%）,there is no rectum and vaginal fistula,no colonic perforation and palindromia. Conclusion By careful operation and correct treatment could preclude and decrease the complication in operation and after operation.
