摘要
蓝眼菊是近年来的新兴花卉,市场开发前景广阔。本文用TTC法、中性红法和I2-KI法测定了蓝眼菊花粉生活力,并研究不同贮藏温度和不同时间下其活力变化规律。结果表明,I2-KI简单有效,比较适合用于蓝眼菊花粉生活力测定;在-196℃、-20℃和4℃三个贮藏条件下,温度越低花粉生活力保存时间越长;在低温、超低温贮藏过程中存在不同程度的冷刺激现象,即在特定时期贮藏花粉活力会升高。
African daisy, a new introduced flower, is of great ornamental and economic interest. The viability of Osteospermum hybrida tested by means of TTC, neutral red, and I2-KI method were studied at different storage temperature and storage time. The results showed that I2-KI method was simple and effective in viability measurement of Osteospermum pollen. The viability time increased as the storage temparature decreased. During the cold storage and cryopreservation of Osteospermum hybrida, pollen viability might rise in special periods.
