摘要
介绍了轿车新产品调试、量产过程中车身骨架精度调试的思路以及常用的方法及原则,统计了50台以上的三座标精度数据,对于超差点位应用数据点折线图进行趋势分析,进而对车身骨架精度尺寸控制提出改进措施和方法。
This paper introduces some common methods and priciples for the new product debugging, production debugging process of the car body. Based on study of the statistics and data of over 50 cars, the paper analysed the tendency by means of curve graphic of the data, and then put forth measures and methods for the improvements of car body size control.
