摘要
培养学生的健全人格、培养适格的法律工作者以及刑法学本身的特殊性都决定了人文主义刑法学的教学要求。在这个前提下,刑法学教学必须重视人文主义刑法学教学的基本措施以及常规方法教学方法的运用。
The requirement for the teaching of criminal science based on humanism is determined by fostering students＇ healthy personality and qualified legal workers as well as the specialty of criminal science itself.Under such precondition,the teaching of criminal science must attach great importance to the basic measures of criminal science based on humanism and the application of regular teaching method.
