摘要
国内ABS生产能力2000年可达60万t以上，总量缺口减少，结构性矛盾突出。年进口量保持在100万t左右。目前国产通用牌号价格低于制造成本，新产品开发滞后，缺乏特殊牌号。建议形成整体竞争优势，遏制低价倾销。
By the year of 2000 the domestic production capability of ABS resin will be more than 600 thou-sand ton per year. At that time, the lack of supplies to the total demand will be reduced and the struc-tural contradiction will be more obvious. It is estimated that the annual imports will maintain at thelevel of one million ton. At present, the price of general-purpose grade resin produced at home is low-er than the manufacturing cost, new product development is lagged and special grade resin lacked.The paper suggests to form a totally competitive superiority and restrain the low-price dumping.
