沥青混合料搅拌设备控制系统总体设计

摘要 构建了以工业以太网为骨架,以双冗余控制器为核心,以32位高带宽嵌入式系统为节点的大型沥青混合料搅拌设备控制系统,实现了多态软件、硬件系统的设计,使系统具有热料控制、冷料控制等多种功能,提高了沥青混合料搅拌设备的配料精度。采用ARM7体系的32位嵌入式CPU并与100Mbps网络控制器共同组成网络系统节点。双冗余控制器采用双向拉模式,其发送的心跳包中带有本地主机的基本信息,并采用IP网络中的包过滤网关实现快速故障切换。所有节点和传感器采用符合IEEE802.3af以太网供电(POE)方式以简化系统布线开销。 The large asphalt mixing plant with multi-module control system backbone based on industry Ethernet bus and 32bit broad band embedded node is constructed with dual controller and the software and hardware design is applied. The system has multi functions such as hot raw material and cold raw material flow control to rise the accuracy of raw asphalt mixing material. The 32bits embedded CPU with ARM7 architecture and lOOMbps Ethernet controller are both applied to construct the industry Ethernet bus nodes. The bi-direction push mode is used between dual-redundant main controllers which heart beat packages carries the basic information of the local host and the package filter gateway is also applied to implement the seamless handoff. All the nodes and sensors are adopted with IEEE 802.3af, Power over Ethernet standard, to reduce the complex and cost of wiring.
