单穴位经皮电刺激对抗脑力疲劳的方法

摘要 脑力疲劳的监测和对抗研究对于社会公共安全具有重要意义。该文提出一种单穴位经皮电刺激方法,以模拟驾驶疲劳为模型,研究该方法对脑力疲劳的对抗作用。18名男性受试者驾驶模拟器90min,在刺激组受试者左侧内关穴施以经皮单穴位电刺激,采用SSS(Stanford sleep iness scale)量表和眨眼参数变化对驾驶过程中受试者疲劳程度变化进行评价。刺激组受试者SSS值显著低于对照组受试者(P<0.001);对照组受试者在驾驶期间眨眼参数变化显著(P<0.05),而刺激组受试者眨眼参数无显著变化。实验结果表明,该方法对于驾驶疲劳具有有效的对抗作用。 Effective mental fatigue monitoring and countermeasure methods are important for public safety. This study presents a uni-acupoint transcutaneous electrical stimulation method for use as a countermeasure for mental fatigue during driving. 18 male subjects drove a laboratory driving simulator for 90 minutes. Uni-acupoint transcutaneous electrical stimulation was applied at the left Neiguan acupoint on some of the subjects. The Stanford sleepiness scale (SSS) and blink parameters were used to assess the fatigue changes during driving. The results show that the SSS of the stimulated group is significantly higher than the control group at the end of the driving experiment (P 〈 0. 001). The blink parameter changes related to fatigue are also significant in the control group during the driving (P 〈 0. 05), but not in the stimulated group. These results indicate that uni-acupoint transcutaneous electrical stimulation is a valid countermeasure for mental fatigue.
