摘要
目的探讨"实习生-导师联系册"在护理本科生实习中的作用。方法建立"实习生-导师联系册",在护理本科生实习带教中使用,并通过多种方式评价教学效果。结果①能力检测:护理本科实习生综合考评,80.00%达到90分及以上;②论文写作:护理本科实习生经过导师指导,帮助选题、设计的毕业论文全部按要求完成,论文书写质量符合评价标准;③问卷调查:78.00%的护理导师认为,"实习生-导师联系册"的使用对导师护理管理工作、业务知识及工作能力方面有所提高。结论 "实习生-导师联系册"在护理本科实习生导师制中起到了有的放矢和个性化指导、督促实习生完成个人实习年度目标和计划、及时了解各专科知识的掌握情况、了解论文写作意向的作用,"实习生-导师联系册"是导师与实习生沟通的桥梁。
Objective To explore the effects of the ＂intern - instructor contact list＂ on the clinical practice of undergraduate nursing students. Method The ＂intern - instructor contact list＂ was developed and applied in clinical practice. Results The results of complication examination showed that 80.00% nursing students got more than 90 points. All students completed a qualified paper under the guidance of instructors. And the survey results showed that 78.00% of the nursing instructors affirmed its active role in improving their nursing knowledge and promoting their ability of nursing management and work. Conclusion The ＂interninstructor contact list＂ is a bridge of communication between students and instructors. It plays an important role in the clinical practice of nursing students.
