摘要
大信号网络分析和建模是射频微波电路测量和设计中的关键技术。论文研究了两种微波非线性电路频域黑箱建模的新方法,X参数和非线性散射函数模型。推出了两种模型的相互关系,创新的提出以数字示波器为基础的非线性散射函数时域提取系统和校准方法,正确提取了微波电路非线性散射函数模型,并分析了其与X参数测量系统的异同。这两种模型具有可以与小信号模型兼容、表征准确和易于与CAD软件结合的优点,为非线性微波电路的研究和开发提供了新的方法。
Large-signal network analysis and modeling method is the key technology in the measurement and design of RF and microwave nonlinear circuit. Both X-parameters and nonlinear scattering function are new frequency-domain black-box modeling methods for microwave nonlinear circuit and the relationship between them can be got. It is introduced that new time-domain extraction system and calibration method based on digital oscilloscope, nonlinear scattering function model of microwave nonlinear circuit can be correctly got and the differences with x parameter measuring system is also analyzed. These two models are easy to compatible with small-signal models, and have the advantages of high accuracy and convenient for the CAD software. They are new effective methods to research and develop the microwave nonlinear circuits.
