摘要
介绍了建设项目界面及界面管理的定义,认为界面管理在建设项目中是实体界面管理、合同界面管理和组织界面管理的综合,阐述了在招投标过程中应用界面管理的意义,并以实际案例阐述了界面管理在招投标过程中的具体应用。
In the first place, this paper introduces the definition of interface and the status quo of research on management of interface, then considers management of interface as an integration of physical, contractual and organizational management in the project. Secondly, this paper shows the significance of interface managing during the bidding stage, and takes an example of case for interpreting the specific measures in the stage of bidding.
