摘要
从单片机应用的基本原理出发,介绍一种适用于角度和位移高精度测量的CCD线阵驱动模块设计与实现方法。该模块采用CCD线阵作为光电测量器件,通过单片机控制CCD线阵的运行;CCD线阵的输出信号经比较器输出,实现灵敏度可调的角度或位移的高精度测量,文中给出了该模块的硬件设计原理图和程序框图。
Based on the application principle of the micro-computer, a design and realization method of the CCD array drive circuit which can be applied in angle and displacement measurement is introduced. The CCD array is adopted as a optical-eletricity convertor in the circuit and is controlled by the micro-computer. The sensitivity variable and high accuracy measurement of the angle and displacement is realized for the CCD signals are output by the comparator. The hardware design and program block diagram are given in the paper.
