摘要
近年来再生能源技术广受重视,而太阳能发电由于有先进的电力电子技术辅助,已成为极具潜力的再生能源之一。本文针对太阳能电池输出伏安特性曲线的特点,设计了基于单片机控制的太阳能光伏充电器。该充电器利用单片机C8051F320的可编程计数器/定时器阵列(PCA)的工作方式,改变占空比,从而实现最大功率跟踪技术,增强光伏电池的转换效率。
The renewable energy technologies have gained wide concerns recently, and profiting from the advanced power electronic technologies, solar energy has become one of the most potential renewable energy resources. For volt-ampere characteristic curve of solar cells, the solar photovoltaic charger, controlled by microcomputer, is designed in this paper. The charger uses the work of programmable counter/timer array (PCA) of C8051F320, changes the duty cycle to achieve maximum power tracking technology to enhance the conversion efficiency of photovoltaic cells.
