广西首次从婴儿配方食品中检出阪崎肠杆菌 被引量：4

摘要 目的了解市售婴儿配方食品中阪崎肠杆菌污染状况,为消费预警提供科学依据。方法采用国家食源性疾病监测网监测方案和《阪崎肠杆菌检验标准操作程序》(2007年工作手册)。结果30份样品中共检出7株阪崎肠杆菌,检出率为23.33%。其中婴儿谷物食品20份,检出6株,检出率30.00%;婴儿配方粉10份,检出1株,检出率10.00%。结论市售部分婴儿配方食品中存在阪崎肠杆菌污染,应加强监测力度和消费预警,预防和控制阪崎肠杆菌食物中毒。
