摘要
工业行业协会是工业企业自愿组成的一种旨在促进工业行业发展、规范工业行业秩序的社会经济团体。英美等工业化国家的工业化历程显示,工业行业协会对于推动一国工业发展具有不可替代的作用。我国工业行业协会由于主要是体制内生成的,实践造成其难以有效发挥作用。文章总结了我国工业行业协会的发展进程及存在问题,提出了加快行业协会立法、推进行业协会体制机制改革、完善法人治理结构、强化服务功能等促进我国工业行业协会快速成长的政策建议。
Professional association of industry is a kind of social and economical organization that industrial enterprises voluntarily establish to improve the development of industry and to standardize the industrial orders. Western industrialization shows that professional asso- ciation of industry affects and improves the development of industry irreplaceably. Because professional association of industry of China is mainly endogenous from existent system, it is difficult for the association to effectively exert its functions in practice. This paper summarizes the development course and existent problems of professional associations of industry of China, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the rapid growing of China associations of industry ： speeding up legislation about industrial association, advancing the innovation of industrial system, perfecting corporate governance, strengthening service, and so on.
