摘要
目的探讨现代急救信息化网络化无线联网终端系统在提高急救成功率方面的作用。方法启用ZXl20急救信息预告知系统后统计出60秒钟内完成接听呼救电话、发出出车指令后出车台次、完成院前院内衔人次并与对照组比较，心血管疾病康复出院组、猝死抢救成功率、脑外伤康复出院率与对照组比较。结果60秒钟内完成接听呼救电话率45．20％，而对照组为28．99％。60秒钟内出车台次率71．96％，对照组61．47％。60秒钟以内完成院前院内衔接率94．35％，对照组为12．46％。二者有非常显著性差异（T=95，P〈1％）。心血管疾病康复出院率99．80％，对照组为99．26％，猝死抢救成功出院率3．23％，对照组为1．54％，脑外伤康复出院率96．71％，对照组为94．82％，二者有非常显著性差异。结论对伤病员实施抢救时间及院前院内衔接时间的快慢，直接关系到伤病员能否及时得到救治及院内抢救是否成功的关键。启用ZX120急救信息预告知系统解决了院前和院内伤病员病情信息快速交接问题。统计证实告知系统有助于缩短抢救伤病员时间，提高抢救的成功率。
Objective To explore the the advantages of wireless network system applied in at - sence rescure information notification in prehospital emmergency care. Methods ZX120 system was apllied in the at - sence rescue. Sixty second after pre- hospital rescue information was recived, the number of recived calls, the number of dispatched ambulance and the number of ful- filled communications between prehospital at - sence rescue personnel and the on - call hospital were calculated and compared with control group. Results for the ZX120 system during the first 60 second, the the rate of recived secue call, the dispatched ambu- lance and the fialfilled conmatmications between prehospital and the on - call hospital was 45.20% ,71.96% and 94.35% respectively.But for the control group,the the rate of recived secue call,the dispatched ambulance and the fulfilled communications be- tween prehospital and the on - call hospital was 28.99% ,61.47% and 12.46% respectively（ P 〈 0.01 ） .The rehabilitation dis- charge rate of cardiovasculor disease and control group was 99.80% and 99.26% respectively. The rehabilitation discharge rate of sudden death and control group was 3.23% and 1.54% respectively. The rehabilitation discharge rate of cerebral trauma and con- trol group was 96.71% and 94.82 % respectively. Conclusion Whether the patient could be rescued or be rescued successfully was mostly depend on the time spend on the rescue and the successful cooperations between prehospital rescue and on call hospital.Zxl20 system could do much help for the information transmiasion, save precious rescue time and increase the effeet of rescue.
