摘要
水利工程造价包括规划、项目建议书、可行性研究、初步设计、技术设计、工程施设直至竣工验收全过程所需的费用。工程造价管理是指在工程建设中,全方位、多层次地运用技术、经济等管理手段,解决造价预测、控制、监督、分析等实际问题,其核心是工程项目造价的确定与控制。本文从造价管理的角度,结合工程实际论述了如何尽可能以较少的人力、物力和财力,获得最大的工程投资效益。
Hydraulic engineering cost includes planning, project proposal, feasibility study, preliminary design, technology-based design, engineering facilities administration until the cost of the whole process of the completion and acceptance. Project cost management refers to all-round, multi-level use of technology, economics and other management tools to solve the cost forecast, control, monitoring, analysis and other practical issues in the construction. Its core is the determination and control of the project cost. This paper discusses how to gain maximum projects profit,combined with likely less human resource,material resources, financial resourses from cost management perspective.
