摘要
目的:比较BACTEC 960系统与改良罗氏培养基对肺外标本中分枝杆菌的分离培养效果。方法:应用上述两种方法,分别对382份肺外标本进行分离培养。结果:两种方法的总阳性率为7.33%。BACTEC 960系统培养阳性率为6.54%,平均报告时间14.3 d,污染率4.95%;改良罗氏培养基培养阳性率为3.93%,平均报告时间26.8 d,污染率2.12%。结论:对肺外标本中分枝杆菌的分离培养,BACTEC 960系统较改良罗氏培养基更为高效,但污染率略高。
Objective:To compare BACTEC 960 system with L-J medium for recovery of mycobacteria from extrapulmonary specimens.Methods:382 extrapulmonary specimens were detected by using BACTEC 960 system and L-J medium.Results:In total,the rate of recovery was 7.33%.In BACTEC 960 system,the rate of recovery was 6.54% and the average recovery time was 14.3 days.Culture on L-J medium revealed 3.93% and the average recovery time was 26.8 days.The contamination rate for recovery with BACTEC 960 system and L-J medium was 4.95% and 2.12%,respectively.Conclusion:BACTEC 960 system is more efficient than L-J medium for recovery of mycobacteria from extrapulmonary specimens.However,its contamination rate is a little higher.
