摘要
本文主要研究了在Al2O3-SiO2体系中,加入MgO、B2O3等组分,采用熔融拉丝工艺制备出了莫来石纤维。通过XRD、DTA、SEM等测试方法对莫来石纤维的微观结构及其组成进行了研究,结果表明:制备得到的纤维主晶相为莫来石,其组织形态为针状或棒状,具有优良的耐腐蚀性和耐火性。
In the paper, the mullite fiber preparation by melt/drawing is studied in Al2O3-SiO2 system,throug adding MgO, B2O3. The micro-structure and constituent of mullite fiber were analysed by using SEM,XRD, DTA. The study indicates that the main crystalline phase of prepared fiber is mullite. The form of mullite fiber is needle-like or rod-like. It also has excellent properties such as corrosion resistance and fire resistance.
