共晶Ni_(53)Si_(47)合金的液-固态结构相关性

Structure Correlation between Liquid State and Solid State for Ni_(53)Si_(47) Eutectic Alloy

摘要 利用高温液态X射线衍射仪研究了共晶Ni53Si47合金的液态结构。在衍射强度曲线的小角部分发现"预峰",且"预峰"的强度随温度的降低而增强;研究表明,熔体中原子团簇结构稳定,有序度随温度降低而提高;通过"纳米晶粒模型"进一步研究了该合金的液-固态结构相关性,指出熔体衍射强度曲线上的"预峰"是化合物NiSi液态结构的一种体现,该合金液态结构与固态结构具有一定的相关性。 The liquid state structure of Ni53Si47 eutectic alloy was studied by the high-temperature X-ray diffractometry.Pre-peaks were found in the X-ray diffraction patterns of liquid Ni53Si47 alloy and the intensities of the prepeaks increased with decreasing temperature.The cluster structure in the liquid state alloy of Ni53Si47 is stable but the ordering degree increases as temperature decreases.Meanwhile,the correlation between the liquid state structure and solid state structure has been analyzed by the nanocrystal model.It is shown that the pre-peaks are due to the liquid state structure of NiSi compound.The liquid structure and solid structure of Ni53Si47 alloy are coherent.
