摘要
目前,地理信息共享是政府部门、工业界和学术界讨论的热点话题。地理信息共享层次和方式存在多种解决方案。本文遵循SOA思想和技术架构,立足于数字深圳空间基础信息平台的技术实践,深入剖析其技术架构和功能特征,致力于以标准化的空间Web服务为核心,建立满足多层次需求的多途径的地理信息在线共享服务模式。通过提供多个应用实例,进而为政府部门之间基于地理信息的电子政务建设提供新思路。
Geo-information sharing has been a hot topic in governmental departments, industrial enterprises and academe. As there are so many info-sharing levels and solutions, this paper deeply discussed, based on SOA techniques and with experiences of Digital Shenzhen Geo-spatial Information Platform (DSGIP), the framework and function characteristics, which aims to set up a multi-approached serving mode in geo-info sharing for different demands, founded on standardized spatial web service. Several cases in application were used for reference in e-government development between departments.
