摘要
随着国内国外银行业竞争的不断加剧,加强和完善商业银行的经营与管理是当前一项紧迫任务。文章以研究西方商业银行的营销战略为着眼点通过分析我国商业银行现状,提出我国不同类型的商业银行应借鉴西方银行的营销策略,选择不同营销战略。
Abstract: Now it is an urgent task to strengthen and perfect the management and administration of commercial banks as the competition of banks at home and abroad is sharpening. The article studies the marketing strategies of both sides as starting point. Through the analysis of the current situation of our commercial banks, different types of our commercial banks should draw lessons from the strategies of the banks of the west, choose different strategy and strengthen competition to promote the development of their own.
