摘要 随着激光制造技术的快速发展,激光技术已经在工业领域得到广泛的应用。通过介绍激光制造技术在汽车、航空航天、钢铁冶金等工业领域的应用,展示其在低能耗、短流程、绿色环保等发展理念方面的先进性和广泛性。介绍大功率半导体激光器和光纤激光器这两种代表未来激光制造系统发展方向的新型激光器,希望能够改变工业用激光制造装备主要依赖进口的现状,最终形成我国新一代激光制造产业链。 With the rapid development of laser manufacturing technology, laser technology had been widely applied in industry. The applications of laser manufacturing technology in the field of automobile, aerospace, iron and steel metallurgy demonstrate its advancement and universality in development ideas such as low energy consumption, short flow process and green environment protection. Two new-type lasers, i.e. high power semiconductor laser and fiber laser which represent future development direction of laser manufacturing systems are also introduced in hopes to change the current status of mainly relying on import of laser manufacturing equipment for use in large industry, and to form a new-generation laser manufacturing industry chain.
