促性腺激素释放激素在胰腺癌中的表达及意义

摘要 目的:探讨促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)在胰腺癌中的表达及其临床意义.方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法,对46例胰腺癌组织中GnRH的表达进行相关性研究,其中高分化胰腺癌20例,中分化胰腺癌16例,低分化胰腺癌10例.结果:GnRH定位于胰腺癌细胞的胞膜和胞质,在高分化癌中的阳性表达率为78.55%,明显高于中分化癌59.31%的阳性率(P<0.01)和低分化癌50%的阳性率(P<0.01);显示在胰腺癌中GnRH的表达强度随着组织分化程度增高而增高.结论:GnRH的表达与胰腺癌的恶性程度有关,GnRH可能参与了胰腺恶性肿瘤的发生与发展. AIM: To explore the immunohistochemical expression and clinical significance of GnRH in pancreatic cancer. METHODS: GnRH was detected in 46 pancreatic cancer tissues by immunohistochemical streptavidin-peroxidase ( SP ) method, including 20 cases of highly differentiated pancreatic cancer tissues, 16 cases of moderately differentiated pancreatic cancer tissues, and 10 cases of poorly differentiated pancreatic cancer tissues. RESULTS: GnRH is located in membrance and cytoplasm of pancreatic cancer cells. The expression rate of GnRH in highly differentiated pancreatic cancer tissues is 78. 55%, higher than that in moderately (59.31% ) and poorly differentiated (50%) pancreatic cancer tissues, which shows that the more difference of pancreatic cancer, the higher expression of GnRH. CONCLUSION: The expression levels of GnRH are related with the malignant degree of pancreatic cancer, and GnRH may be involved in the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer.
