摘要
本文通过对球墨铸铁的常见缺陷原因进行了分析,找出了解决问题的方法。由于铸造工序复杂,每一点疏漏都会给铸件带来不良影响,如型砂水分、浇铸温度、浇铸系统等。因此,每一工序都必须认真操作,才能获得健全铸件。
After analysing the cause of SG cast iron defect,this paper found out the method for solving these problems.Any careless omission can affect the quality of cast due to the complicated casting process,such as moulding sand moisture,casting temperature and casting system,and so on.Therefore we must operate carefully following the steps to ensure the quality of cast and produce good cast.
