摘要
介绍了基于经典Hertz弹性接触理论的解析计算方法和有限元仿真分析法。实例计算结果表明,在轴承工况相同的条件下,两种分析方法得到的接触特性参数的一致性较好,但各有特点。解析计算法编程复杂、解算难度大,只能算出接触区的主参数,而有限元法边界设置十分复杂、技术性强,可仿真轴承接触区的工作状态,且表达形象、直观。
This paper introduces the analytic method based on the classical Hertz elasticity contact theory and finite element analysis method. The results of the calculated example indicate that the contact characteristic parameters arc very coincident under the same work condition. Both methods have their own features. Analytic method is complicated in programming, and can only work -out the key parameters. In FEM, the setup of finite clement boundary conditions is very complex, which needs good technique. But FEM can simulate the work state visually and obviously in the contact area of the bearing.
