渠道下沉被认为是衡量企业营销深度的标准,越来越受到管理层的重视。开辟乡镇级市场,成为营销部门提升业绩的又一重要策略。本文分析了渠道下沉的优劣势,提出应对现有的渠道评价系统和市场状况认真分析,确定最佳的渠道管理策略。
Sink channel, considered to measure the depth of the standards of corporate marketing, is receiving increasing attention from the management. To open up township level markets has become another important strategy to enhance marketing performance. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of sink channel, and proposes that to determine the best channel management strategy a careful analysis should be made of the present channel evaluation system and market conditions.
