摘要
本文在分析乐山历史文化名城的特征及价值的基础上,结合乐山城实际情况,对调整城市规划思路、保护和恢复一些反映乐山历史文化名城特征的古建筑历史面貌,以及发挥和强化政府的主导作用等方面进行了研究,力求探寻协调城市发展与历史文化名城保护之间关系的有效途径。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics and value of the historical and cultural city Leshan and according to the practical situation in Leshan, this paper makes a study on how to adjust the thought of city planning, how to protect and recover the initial appearances of some ancient buildings which reflect the characteristics of the historical and cultural city Leshan, and how to play and reinforce the leading role of the government in the hope of finding an effective way to coordinate the relationship between the city development and the historical and cultural city protection.
