摘要
通过建立新型单金属浮动密封有限元模型,对比分析了不同结构的支撑橡胶环和容槽对密封面接触压力大小和分布的影响,分析结果说明改进支撑橡胶环和容槽结构参数对提高密封性能作用显著;采用宽端外径大于窄端外径的静环,对增加动密封接触面积、降低接触压力、改善动密封面接触力分布作用明显。最后指出在静环密封面上开出参数适合的斜面能有效改善动密封面接触压力的分布状态,不但使接触压力分布更为均匀,而且能使最大接触压力出现在润滑脂一侧,有效地降低动密封面的磨损。
By establishing the new-type mono-metal floating seal finite element model,a comparative analysis was conducted on the effect of the groove and the support rubber ring with different structures on the contact pressure of seal surface,to show that improvement of the structure and parameter of support rubber ring and groove have remarkable effect on improvement of sealing performance.Adoption of the stationary seal ring whose wide-end outer diameter is greater than its narrow-end outer diameter,has obvious effect on the increase of dynamic seal contact area,the decrease of contact pressure and the improvement of the contact force distribution of dynamic seal surface.A production of inclined plane with proper parameters on the seal surface of the stationary ring can effectively improve the contact pressure distribution of dynamic seal surface,which cannot only help achieve a more even distribution of contact pressure,but also make the maximum contact pressure appear on the side of grease,thus effectively decreasing the abrasion of dynamic seal surface.
