虚拟研发组织的构建过程描述了虚拟研发组织构建的逻辑关系与动态特征。以机遇、核心能力、合作伙伴、组织模式、研发重构、敏捷性为中小企业虚拟研发组织构建过程的关键要素,分析了中小企业虚拟研发组织的构建过程。
The construction process of medium and small -sized enterprise describe its logistic relation and dynamic characteristic. The paper concentrates on the construction process of small and medium - sized virtual research and development organizations basing on the researches of their opportunities, core eompetencies, cooperative partners, organization operation mode, research and development process reengineering and agility.
