摘要
以羊肋软骨为原料,首先进行去除骨筋膜等的前处理,后用盐酸胍抽提蛋白多糖,酸性条件下酶解,最后过夜盐析,离心所得絮状沉淀即为Ⅱ型胶原蛋白(CⅡ)。SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)电泳结果表明:自提CⅡ样品与CⅡ标准品电泳结果带型一致。
After removel of the periosteum from sheep cartilage, the proteoglycans were extracted by guanidinium hydrochloride and dissolved by pepsin in acid solvent.Finally the floccule obtained by salting-out from the supernatant was C Ⅱ. The result of SDS-PAGE was suggested that the bands of CⅡ samples and standard C Ⅱ were at the same location
