摘要
监狱文化的冲突与转型蕴涵于监狱文化历史传承与创新发展进程的必然性之中,中国监狱文化中存在着传统与现代的冲突、人治与法治的冲突、本土与外来的冲突。抓住了这些矛盾的根源,就可以理性地促成当代中国监狱文化对人治文化的舍弃和对法治文化的推崇、对政治文化的改进和对知识文化的膜拜、对农本文化的超载和对都市文化的追求、对复合型结构文化的解构和对单一型结构文化的重塑,从而正确把握新时代监狱文化科学发展的改革路向。
The conflict and the transformation of prison culture are inevitably contained in the historic heritage and innovative development of the prison culture. There exist conflicts in Chinese prison culture between traditional culture and modem culture, ruling by men and ruling by law, native culture and foreign culture. If we find out the roots of the conflicts, we can rationally bring about the respect for the culture of ruling by law and giving up the culture of ruling by men in Chinese prison culture. Also we can promote the improvement of political culture and the worship for intellectual culture, the deconstruction of the culture of composite structure and reshaping of the culture of single structure, in order to grasp correctly the direction of scientific development of the prison culture of new era.
