摘要
目的探讨肝切除治疗大直径肝癌的安全性和可行性。方法回顾性总结切除巨大肝癌(直径大于10cm)的治疗结果。结果肝切除治疗巨大肝癌65例.切除的标本湿重680～5000g,平均1020g。全组无手术死亡。术后1、3、5年生存率分别为67.6%、22.5%和8.3%,延长病人生存时间的效果是明显的。结论以肝切除治疗巨大肝癌是安全可行的。
Objective To investigate the safety and feasibility of hepatectomy for patients with huge PLC.Method 65 cases of huge PLC larger than 10 cm in diameter treated by liver resection were reported.Result The wet weight of resected specimens ranged from 680～5 000 g,with a mean weight of 1 020 g.There was no operative mortality.The 1-,3- and 5- year survival rates were 67.6%,22.5% and 8.3%,respectively.Conclusion The result showed that liver resection remarkably prolonged the life time of the patients with huge PLC,and hepatectomy performed in selected patients with huge PLC is both safe and feasible.
