摘要
通过硫代氨基脲与对羟基苯甲醛在冰醋酸做催化剂的条件下反应,合成了标题化合物对羟基苯甲醛缩硫代氨基脲希夫碱,通过元素分析、红外光谱和紫外-可见光谱对标题化合物进行了表征。X射线单晶衍射表明,标题化合物属单斜晶系,空间群P-1,晶胞参数:a=1.0704(4)nm,b=1.2079(5)nm,c=2.1129(8)nm,V=2.6956(18)nm^3,Z=2,Dc=1.449g/cm^3,R_1=0.07,wR_2=0.18。该化合物的晶体是由6个独立的分子所组成,在晶胞中相邻的分子通过分子间S-H…O氢键作用形成了两条相互平行的波浪形的一维链。
A novel schiff base containing six molecules was synthesized by the reaction of thiosemicarbazide with p-hydroxybenzaldehyde in the presence of acetic acid, and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectra and UV-Vis reflection spectra. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic with space group P- 1, a = 1. 0704(4)nm,b= 1. 2079(5)(4)nm,c= 2. 1129(8)nm,V= 2. 6956(18)nm^3,Z=2,Dc=1. 449 g/cm^3, R1 = 0. 07,wR2 = 0. 18. In the crystal, intermolecular S--H…O hydrogen bonds formed by adjacent molecules link the molecules into two parallel wavy chains along the c axis.
