性是人的基本权利,但理应受到法律的规制,主要是:性行为不得与动物发生;性行为不得与幼童发生;性行为不得三人以上聚众发生;性行为不得在一定范围的亲属间发生;性行为不得买卖、不得强迫;性行为不得侵害配偶权。
Sex is the fundamental fights for human being and should be restricted and protected by laws. The legislative provisions for sexual behavior include ： humans shouldn＇ t have sex with animals and children ; sexual behaviors shouldn＇ t occur among three persons or above; kinsfolk shouldn＇ t have sex; sexual behaviors can＇ t happen by force and in deals; and sexual behaviors shouldn＇t impinge on spouse rights.
