三核苷酸重复与神经系统遗传病的关系引起了许多科研工作者的关注，介绍了近年来与三核苷酸重复相关的神经系统遗传病致病基因克隆的研究进展，并对其可能的致病机理作了综述．
The relation between trinucleotiderepeat and neurologic disease is paid close attention by many reseachens. The development of gene cloning of neurologic diseases which are related to trinucleotiderepeat is introduced. A fuller description is given on the possible pathogenesis of trinucleotide repeat expansion.
