p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶信号通路的部分研究方法

摘要 p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase,p38 MAPK)信号转导通路作为MAPK家族的重要成员之一,广泛存在于真核细胞体内,介导细胞外信号到细胞质和细胞核的传递,主要参与调控细胞的增殖、凋亡、分化以及应激反应、免疫调控。近年来有关p38 MAPK的研究已经在生命科学多个领域展开,该文综述近年来p38 MAPK信号通路的研究方法。 p38 MAPK signal pathway is one of the most important signal pathways in MAPK family. Which is broadly existed in eucaryote. It can mediate extracellular signal to cytoplasm and nucleus. It is involved in cell proliferation , apoptosis, differentiation, stress reaction and immunoregulation. More and more research of p38MAPK has been carried out in many fields of bioscience. This paper reviews the research methods of p38 MAPK in recent years.
