摘要
基于我国和几个欧州国家畜禽养殖业粪便管理及立法的比较，总结了国内外畜禽养殖业粪便管理及立法的特征，找出我们在这方面的差距和今后的努力方向，为我国进行畜禽养殖业粪便管理及法制建设提供借鉴和参考．
ased on the comparison of the management and legislation of livestock husbandry feces in some European countries with that of China, the management and the legislation characteristic of livestock husbandry feces at home and abroad is summerized. The gap in this respect is found out, including the aim in the future, which will be the reference of the management and the legislation of livestock husbandry feces for our country.
