摘要
分别用紫茎泽兰花的乙醇提取物、叶的8种不同试剂提取物和叶粉作试验药物进行鸡球虫病的治疗试验,还用叶的各种提取物配伍进行治疗试验。结果表明,各试验药物对鸡球虫病均有一定的治疗效果,其中,花的乙醇提取物、叶的异丙醇及丙酮提取物、叶粉等试验药物的治疗效果优于对照药物地克珠利;但用叶的各种提取物配伍不能提高治疗效果。
The experiments with alcohol extracted substance from the flower organ and extracts obtained from Eupatorium adenophorum leaves by 8 kinds of extractants and the leaf powder were carried out to treat avian coccidiosis. The results of the experiments showed that each of the tested extract had certain effect on controlling avian coccidiosis, among those the curative effect of alcohol extracted substance from the flower and isopropanol and acetone extracts from the leaf and the leaf powder were better than Diclazuril as CK. The experiment results also showed that the compatibilities of different leaf extracts could not improve the curative effect on avian coccidiosis.
