摘要
本文在评述Chierchia(1998)和Cheng&Sybesma(1999)的理论的基础上,批判地继承了后者的观点,认为汉语中名词存在可数与不可数的区分,不过这一区分是通过分类词的选用反映出来的。文章进一步讨论了可数分类词与不可数分类词的区别及划分标准,并尝试对可数分类词下定义,借此把汉语中的可数名词与不可数名词区分开来。
On the basis of the literature review of Chierchia （1998） and Cheng ＆ Sybesma （1999）, this paper critically adopts the viewpoint of the latter, claiming that there is a distinction between count nouns and mass nouns in Chinese, which is reflected at the classifier level. The paper further discusses the differences between countclassifiers and mass classifiers as well as the criteria to distinguish them, and tries to give a definition to count classifiers, by which, the count nouns are set apart from the mass nouns in Chinese.
