接种不同剂量柔嫩艾美耳球虫对雏鸡小肠组织结构的影响

摘要 20日龄无球虫感染的雏鸡60羽,随机分为对照组和试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组,各试验组分别经口接种E im eria tenella卵囊0.5×104、1.0×104、2.0×104、4.0×104和8.0×104个.只-1,对照组接种等体积生理盐水;接种7 d后,各试验组鸡全部宰杀并立即解剖取十二指肠、空肠和回肠,Bou in液固定,常规石蜡切片,HE染色,显微观察与摄影,研究接种不同剂量E.tenella卵囊对雏鸡小肠组织结构的影响。结果显示,与对照组相比较,各试验组小肠各段可见不同程度的病理组织学变化,其病理变化随E.tenella卵囊接种剂量的增大而趋于严重,其中试验Ⅴ组空肠和十二指肠黏膜固有层和黏膜下层内常可见大量聚集的裂殖体。比较观察发现,空肠的病理损伤最为明显,其次为十二指肠,回肠的病理损伤最轻。结果表明,E.tenella在雏鸡小肠内寄生和损伤的主要部位是空肠,其次是十二指肠,最后为回肠,并且其对小肠各段黏膜组织结构的损伤程度与接种的E.tenella卵囊数量有明显相关性。 To study the effects of different doses of E.tenella inoculated by mouth on microstructure of small intestine in chickens,a total of 60 20-day-old chickens were selected and divided into control group and experiment group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ.The chickens in each experiment group were inoculated with 0.5×10^4,1.0×10^4,2.0×10^4,4.0×10^4 and 8.0×10^4 E.tenella oocysts by mouth,respectively,for 7 days,while the chickens in control group were inoculated with saline.At the end of the experiment,the chickens in each treatment were slaughtered and dissected immediately, the duodenum,jejunum and ileum were obtained and fixed in Bouin fixative solution for 24 h, then these tissue samples were made paraffin section (6 μm), stained with HE, observed and photographed with micro-photography system. The results were as follows. Compared with control group, the histopathological changes in each segment of small intestine appeared in each experiment group, and they became remarkable with the inoculation dosage ofE. tenella oocysts. The accumulative E. tenella schizont in lamina propria and submucosa of jejunum and duodenum could be seen in chickens of experiment group V. In each experiment group, the pathological lesions of jejunum were most obvious, secondly for duodenum, while the pathological changes of ileum were most slight. The results showed that the main parasitic sites and damage location of E. tenella were jejunum, next were duodenum and the end were ileum. The damage degree of small intestine caused by E. tenella were significantly correlated with the inoculation dosage of E. tenella oocysts.
