丘东采油厂1#天然气处理装置操作参数优化研究主要包括:针对高压干气外输压力偏高,造成重接触塔及冷箱超压运行的问题进行研究,制定经济合理的完善方案;对处理厂制冷系统模拟核算研究,增加丙烷蒸发器,降低制冷问题,提高C3收率。
The optimization study of operating parameters of Qiudong 1# natural gas treatment unit in Tuha oilfield includes: aiming at the problem of over output pressure of dry gas so as to re-contact cooling tower and cool box running with over-pressure, formulate a perfect program with economic rationality; the simulating accounting research on treatment plant cooling system for increasing the propane evaporator to reduce the refrigeration problem and improving the yield of C3.
