不同抗病毒药剂对烟株抗病性及烤后烟叶质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以烤烟品种JY-02为供试材料,2007年在吉林延边烟区进行田间试验,研究了3种不同抗病毒病药剂对烤烟抗病性及烤后烟叶质量的影响.结果表明:喷施稀释1500倍的欧麦思能增强烟株的抗病能力,对CMV的防治最佳,其防效达82.14%;在大田PVY发生各时期,以抑传灵稀释100倍处理对烤烟PVY的预防效果较好,平均防效为59.24%,田间自然发病最轻.不同抗病毒病药剂对提高烟叶品质有一定作用,欧麦思稀释1500倍处理能协调烤后烟叶化学成分比例,使烟叶的产值、均价、上等烟比例均有不同程度提高,叶片厚度、填充值、抗张强度、含梗率及叶质重达到最优值,同时促进了类胡萝卜素降解产物类香气物质、苯丙氨酸类香气物质和类西柏烷类香气物质的形成,其他不同种类致香物质含量和中性致香物质总量有明显提高.综合分析表明,抑传灵稀释100倍处理对预防烤烟PVY最有效,但对烟叶质量的提高效果不佳,欧麦思稀释1500倍处理对烤烟CMV的防效最好,改善烟叶质量的效果最明显,建议在延边烟区推广使用. Taking flue-cured tobacco varieties JY-02 as experimental material, effects of 3 different antivirus agent on disease resistance of tobacco plant and quality of Flue-cured tobacco were studied in YanBian city, Jilin province, in 2007. Results indicated that oumaisil500 times had the best controlling effect on CMV, the effect still kept at 82.14%; various periods ofPVY, yichuanling100 times had the best controlling effect on PVY, the average effect still kept at 59.24%, the natural incidence was the lightest in field. All different antivirus agent treatments had some role in promoting the quality of tobacco leaves, oumaisi 1500 times could coordinate the proportion of the chemical component, the yield, the average price, the proportion of superior tobacco leaves had different degrees of improvement, and had the optimal filling value, thickness of leaves, tensile strength, stem concent and density of leaf fabric; The content of aroma components such as the contents of carotenoid, phenylalanine and cembratriendiol were prompted, the total amount of flavor matter and different types of aroma substances increase significantly. In summary, yichuanling 100 times could effectively control PVY, but its effects on improving quality of tobacco was poor; while the best controlling effects on CMV and flue-cured tobacco leaf quality by oubeisi1500 times were better than any other treatment, so its use was worth being promoted in YanBian area.
